Our mini workshops have been a great success and we plan to offer more three day musical theatre workshops which give the children a taste of everything we do in our week long workshops but without the pressure of putting on a show.

Summer mini workshop dates as follows

Monday 30th July - Wednesday 01st August
Cotswold School Gymnasium - GL54 2BD

Monday 20th August - Wednesday 22nd August
Tiddy Hall - Ascot under Wychwood - OX7 6AG

Our mini workshops are open to all children who have completed Year R at school up to children who have completed Year 5.

For older children please see information below regarding our Musical Theatre Week which is for children who have completed Year 4 up to Year 13.

Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment

Intensive Dance Week. 30th July - 3rd August. Open to Pupils who have completed Year 5 and above.

After a fantastic start last year we are returning to the Cotswold School for another intensive week of dance. We'll be exploring some Contemporary, Ballet and Jazz Styles, culminating our work in a performance at the end of the week.

We will be holding a choreography competition towards the end of the week, which all dancers are welcome to take part in; they can arrange a solo, duet, trio or small group dance in a style of their choice. There will be opportunities to work on this throughout the week but it would be advantageous if they put some ideas together ahead of the course starting. The winners and runners up will be invited to present their pieces in the performance at the end of the week.

Musical Theatre Week - 28th August - 1st September - Open to Pupils who have completed year 5 and over. Performance on the final day.

Our musical theatre workshops combine all aspects of dance, drama, singing and craft. Working towards our own performance on the final day. From stage hand to lead actor, set designer to solo singer, our workshops give your child the opportunity to see what it really takes to be a part of a show. Our workshops are run by Mrs Price's three daughters, Beccy, Rachael and Charlie. Most of you will already know them as they all teach at the school.

Workshops are open to all children, not just those who are pupils at the school. For an application form please email us at sheilapricedance@yahoo.com. Please note our workshops do get booked up quickly so please contact us if you would like to book your child a place.
