1. Introduction
By enrolling at Sheila Price School of Dancing or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Enrollment and Fees
All students must be registered via our website forms before attending classes.
Fees must be paid in full by the specified due date.
Failure to pay on time may result in the loss of the student’s place in the class.
Fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of long-term illness or injury (medical note required).
3. Attendance and Punctuality
Students should arrive 5–10 minutes before class starts.
Please notify us via email if a student will be absent.
Missed classes by the student will not be refunded or credited.
4. Health and Safety
Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions or allergies during registration.
Dancing is a physical activity. While we take every precaution, students participate at their own risk.
Appropriate dancewear and footwear must be worn for safety.
5. Code of Conduct
We expect all students and parents to treat staff and other pupils with respect.
Bullying or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to dismissal from the school.
6. Photography and Video
We may occasionally take photos or videos for marketing or social media.
You can opt-in or out of this via our registration forms.
No private filming is allowed during classes without teacher permission.
7. Cancellations
If we must cancel a class due to teacher illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a makeup session or a credit.
We are not liable for cancellations due to “Acts of God” (e.g., extreme weather).
8. Limitation of Liability
Sheila Price School of Dancing does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought to the premises.
